No call out charge for initial visit mapping out maze of septic system. Good communication regarding what we could do to save costs ourselves. Came back at short notice to complete the job.

The company that used to service my septic tank raised their prices so I went looking for another company. Asked my neighbours and a lot of them had good things to say about Proseptix. Thank god I listened to them because Matt came out (apologies, I don't remember the other Proseptix member's name), took a look at my property after coming from a particularly tricky job, and got to work. They finished it in under half an hour and made some recommendations on upkeep. I appreciate that they were not only able to fit me in on a Saturday but were incredibly friendly, professional, and great with my dog. And the invoice came in UNDER every competitor's quote. I'll be using them again regularly.
